Dave was a licensed Sales Agent for Jack Baker and Associates; FAAR million dollar award winner for 5 consecutive years, was Property Manager for VA foreclosures, acted as the Property Manager for Jack Baker and Associates. In 1999 Dave received his VA Brokers License and was the Associate Broker at Jack Baker and Associates. From 2000-2004 he was the Managing Broker for the Department of Veteran's Affairs for foreclosure properties in Northern VA Counties until 2006 when he assumed the duties as Principal Broker for MPM, Inc.

Mark started MPM, Inc after a friend was killed in Iraq. As a favor to his friend's widow Mark offered to oversee the two properties the couple owned in the Quantico area, as she wished to remain in the home she had shared with her Marine in 29 Palms, CA.
Mark retired as a lieutenant Colonel form the United States Marine Corps after 23 years of service. While in the Marine Corps his primary Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) was a KC-130 pilot. Stationed in over a dozen locations throughout his career, Mark and his family have lived in Stafford since 1997.
As a professional licensed Realtor, Mark provides expert real estate advice to clients looking to buy or sell a primary home or investment property. The property management portion of MPM, Inc grew by word of mouth, as many of his friends were looking for a reliable, cost effective alternative to the current commercial property managers. Because of Mark's skills as an excellent networker and skilled handy man, MPM's growth continues. Margie, licensed Real Estate Agent and currently an Active Duty Lt. Col in the Marines. She joined the team in 2007. She is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and Naval Postgraduate with an MS in Systems Management. She is actively involved in activities with her three children.
Lisa Thompson has been a member of Marine Property Management team since 2009. She balances her time in real estate with her career as a music teacher in the public school system, where she has been teaching for 5 years.
In her spare time, she's an active member of the Fredericksburg Community Concert Band in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she now resides. Lisa feels that helping people navigate through real estate and find that "perfect home" is a truly rewarding experience.
Laura joined the team in February 2009. Laura is married to a soon to be retired Marine Lt. Col. She has lived in NC, CA, VA and Japan. Being a Marine spouse allows Laura to have an intimate understanding of the needs of those in transition.
Lori joined the team in April 2009. Lori is married to a retired Army Lt. Col. She has lived in Germany, AL, NY, TX, Korea and VA over the 20 years she has been with her Soldier.
Both Laura and Lori are currently meeting the demands of running the office.
